The official whiskey of campfires, cookouts, good stories, and great friends. Distillery and tasting room opening soon in Humble, Texas.
The Old Humble Distilling Company was founded on one mission: make the best damn whiskey, period. How do we do that? We break some rules, dig a little deeper, and add our own spin on what whiskey can taste like with a little nod to the past. We hope you'll enjoy them as much as well do.
Relax, you're working too hard.
Old Humble Straight Whiskey
A salute to the wildcats, the pioneers of the oilfield. Without them, Humble wouldn't be what it is today. We honor those great folks and their determination to fuel the nation with our Old Humble Straight Whiskey. While wildcats tend to be a bit rough around the edges, we made this 90% corn and 10% barley whiskey with a soft and sweet finish. Aged for five years in bourbon barrels, handcrafted, and bottled right here in Humble, Texas.
Old Humble Double Oak Straight RyeWhiskey
The first American whiskey was rye whiskey. Our Double Oak Straight Rye Whiskey isn't your Great Uncle Jonas's dusty old world whiskey, though. We age our whiskey at least 2 years, then add extra oak staves to our barrels for a deeper flavor, darker color, and a fuller, more balanced rye whiskey. Our 95% rye whiskey is all the strong, robust, flavor you expect from a rye, but it's unexpectedly well balanced. We think you will be as pleased with the outcome as we are. Cheers!!
Our Special Reserve
The saying that all good things are better with age is proven in this Straight Whiskey that we sent back to the barrels to relax a bit longer. This special reserve's deep, dark, and rich in color with a smokier flavor to warm your spirits. Supply is limited, get'em while you can.
90 proof - Tastes great neat or on the rocks and pairs well with friends, tall tales and cigars.
Texas, Get Ya Some!
You can find our whiskies throughout Texas at your local fine retailer. We always suggest giving them a call to ensure they have our inventory, after all, our bottles tend to find new homes pretty quick. Enjoy!
Every once in a while, we'll be sending you updates, stories (like how our master distiller quit his job an decided to make whiskey for a living), and check in on you. That sound good to you?
